**REGULATIONS FOR ADDING AND VERIFYING REVIEWS**

**I. GENERAL PROVISIONS**
These Regulations govern the rules for adding, publishing, and verifying reviews concerning Products offered by MediaCreatorStore - the Owner of the Service and Website cleanover.co.uk.
**II. DEFINITIONS**
1. **Consumer** - an individual performing a legal action with an entrepreneur not directly related to their business or professional activity.
2. **Social Media** - accounts or profiles maintained on social networking sites, including:
- **Facebook** - a webpage on Facebook named: cleanoverofficial
- **Instagram** - a webpage on Instagram named: cleanoverofficial
-**Tiktok** - a website on TikTok named: cleanoverofficial
-**Pinterest** - a website on Pinterest named: cleanoverofficial
3. **Review** - all subjective statements or their fragments published by the Service Owner on the Service and Social Media or left by Users through the dedicated functionalities of the respective service.
4. **Regulations** - this document.
5. **Product** - any goods or services, including digital services, digital content, rights, and obligations arising from civil law relationships; goods as defined in Article 2 point 3 of the Act on Counteracting Unfair Market Practices.
6. **Service** - the website operated by cleanover.co.uk and its subpages.
7. **User** - any individual visiting the Service or Social Media.
**III. RULES FOR PUBLISHING REVIEWS**
1. The Service Owner provides access to reviews about Products posted by Consumers.
2. All reviews, both positive and negative, are published on the Service and Social Media.
3. Reviews particularly originate from:
- individuals who purchased the Product;
- individuals who received the Product for free;
- individuals who used the Product;
- individuals who received the Product under a barter agreement or another similar civil law agreement.
4. The Service Owner ensures that reviews published on the Service and Social Media originate from Consumers who used or purchased the Product from the Service Owner.
5. Published reviews are not sponsored and are independent of the contractual relationship between the Consumer and the Service Owner.
**IV. PROCEDURE FOR VERIFYING REVIEWS ON THE SERVICE**
1. The Service Owner publishes reviews on the Service received from Consumers via email or in the form of video recordings.
2. The Service Owner allows Users to leave reviews independently through the Reviews form provided under each Product description.
3. All reviews published on the Service are verified for compliance with the Regulations.
4. The verification of reviews involves checking whether the Consumer who issued the review used or purchased the Product from the Service Owner.
5. The Service Owner undertakes the following actions to verify reviews:
- verifying the reviewer's data with the data of individuals who purchased the Product, including name and email address;
- verifying the reviewer's data with the data of individuals who received the Product for free, including name and email address;
- verifying the reviewer's data with the data of individuals who received the Product under a barter agreement or another similar civil law agreement with the Service Owner, including name and email address;
- verifying the reviewer's data with the data of individuals in other registers of the Service Owner who might have had access to and used the Product.
6. If, based on the procedure outlined in point 4.5 above, the Service Owner determines that the Consumer who issued the review used or purchased the Product from the Service Owner, the Service Owner will not remove the published review.
7. If, based on the procedure outlined in point 4.5 above, the Service Owner has further doubts whether the Consumer who issued the review used or purchased the Product from the Service Owner, the Service Owner will ask the Consumer who issued the review to provide information confirming that they indeed used or purchased the Product, if possible.
8. If, based on the procedure outlined in point 4.5 above, the Service Owner determines that the Consumer who issued the review did not use or purchase the Product from the Service Owner, or is unable to determine whether the review originates from a Consumer who used or purchased the Product from the Service Owner, the Service Owner will promptly remove the review published by the Consumer.
**V. PROCEDURE FOR VERIFYING REVIEWS ON SOCIAL MEDIA**
1. The Service Owner allows for issuing reviews on Social Media in accordance with the available functionality there.
2. Users independently publish reviews on Social Media.
3. All reviews published on Social Media are verified for compliance with the Regulations immediately after their publication. The rules for verifying reviews outlined in points 4.5 - 4.8 apply accordingly to reviews published on Social Media.
4. If, based on the procedure mentioned in point 5.7 above, the Service Owner does not determine that the Consumer who issued the review used or purchased the Product from the Service Owner, the Service Owner will take all possible actions to remove the review, including contacting the administrator of the respective Social Media platform requesting the removal of the review through the available functionality. The Service Owner will also add a comment under the review indicating that the review was not issued by a Consumer who used or purchased the Product from the Service Owner.
**VI. PUBLICATION, MODIFICATION, DELETION OF REVIEWS**
1. The Service Owner publishes reviews in their original form, i.e., without editing or editing them. These reviews are not shortened or modified, except as provided in point 6.2 below.
2. The Service Owner reserves the right to modify or delete, wholly or partially, individual reviews even after their publication in situations where the review:
- violates the law or good manners, particularly if it is offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, containing or inciting hate speech, racist, discriminatory, slanderous, or promoting violence;
- infringes or limits the rights of third parties, particularly if it violates copyrights, trademarks, other intellectual property rights, or the right to image;
- is false or misleading or contains false statements about facts;
- contains confidential information or personal data;
- contains technically harmful elements, such as viruses or computer worms, or other potentially harmful software or files;
- contains embedded links to external websites;
- requires removal due to a court or administrative order;
- requires removal due to a cease and desist order against a third party;
- concerns a withdrawn Product.
**VII. COMPLAINTS**
1. In the event of reservations regarding reviews, the User can file a complaint electronically to: info@cleanover.co.uk
2. It is recommended to include in the complaint description information and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint, in particular, the type and date of the irregularity and specifying the request and contact details of the complainant. Providing this information is optional and does not affect the effectiveness of the complaint filed without it.
3. All complaints are processed promptly, no later than 14 days from the date of filing the complaint. The complainant receives a response in the form of an email sent to the email address from which the complaint was sent unless otherwise specified in the complaint.
**VIII. LIABILITY**
1. Users bear sole responsibility for the content of the reviews they leave.
2. The Service Owner is not responsible for the content of reviews left by Consumers, including any damages or claims of the Consumer or third parties caused by the reviews posted by the Consumer.
3. Reviews must not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties, in particular, they must not offend the feelings or values of third parties.
**IX. FINAL PROVISIONS**
1. The Service Owner strives for continuous improvement of the verification procedures for published reviews, so the Regulations are regularly reviewed and, if necessary, amended.
2. The Service Owner encourages Users to regularly check the content of this document for updates.
3. The latest version of the Regulations is published on the Service.
