FAQ

Do I need to arrange parking?

Yes, you must provide a parking spot close to the property as possible. A professional team is coming fully equipped with all needed supplies to perform the service, so they need to be able to bring in all the equipment from their vehicle quickly.

What is your minimum term?

We don't have one, our customers use the service for as long as they need it.

Can I book a team for the weekend?

Yes, our services are available 7 days per week, even on weekends and bank holidays

Something came up, and I want to reschedule my booking

Where you can make the needed changes. That's it, and you are done! Please give us at least 48 hours notice otherwise, the cancellation policy will apply

Can I pay in cash for my booking?

We accept debit and credit cards transfer , cash on the day cleaning

Do You Clean The Exterior Of Windows As Part Of The Service?

End of Tenancy Cleaning includes cleaning the inside of the windows and outside when is possible reach out

What should I do if I am not happy with the cleaning?

If you are not completely satisfied with a single cleaning, please let us know within 72 hours and will send you a cleaner to re-do the job again free of charge.

Do you carry your own cleaning materials?

Yes. Cleanover will supply all materials necessary for cleaning including a vacuum machine and garbage bags.

Do I have to be at the property while the service takes place?

There is no need for you to be at the property while the cleaning is being taken care of. However, please make sure that the cleaners will be provided with access to your property you leave a note with instructions in case a key pick-up will be necessary.

Do you wash painted walls and ceilings as part of the eot cleaning service?

No , we do not wash painted walls and ceilings, we only dust them and remove cobwebs.

Is blinds cleaning included?

Cleaners can dust the blinds as part of the standard service, deep cleaning cost £15 per blind.

What if my inventory inspection fails?

Our end of tenancy cleaning service is fully guaranteed. If there is anything left not cleaned, through human error, we will be more than happy to go back and rectify it FREE of charge! Inventory checkout must be carried out within 24 hours of the completion of the clean, and any shortfalls reported within 3 days of the clean in the form of an official inventory report! The customer must forward the official inventory report within 3 days of the service. We promise to organise a FREE return within 72 hours of receiving a complaint in the form of official inventory report. We do not offer refunds! Some letting agents do not allow cleaners to return to the property if any omissions are noted on the inventory report. Please check with your agents if that is the case and organise the inventory inspection to take place at 12:00pm if you have selected a morning cleaning slot, and at 4pm if you have selected an afternoon cleaning slot. This way the inventory clerk will turn up towards the end of the cleaning service and if they spot any omissions, we can correct them on the spot. We do not offer refunds!
