At Cleanover, we want you to be completely confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 100-day trial period to ensure your product meets your expectations.
Free Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges during the 100-day trial period. You're welcome to try your product at home—if it’s not right for you, we’ll make the return or exchange process simple.
To be eligible:
The item must be gently used and undamaged
The original packaging should be retained
You must contact us within 100 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact us before returning any item. We will provide full return instructions and a prepaid label if necessary.
Include the following in your message:
Your order number
Date of purchase
Reason for return or exchange
If requesting an exchange, the product you’d like instead
Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.
Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange your item, let us know within 100 days of delivery. We’ll confirm availability and dispatch your replacement once your return is received.
Note: All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and follow the timelines below:
Credit Card Payments via Stripe: Refunds take between 3 and 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
PayPal Payments:
Paid with PayPal balance: Refund processed within 2 business days
Paid with a card linked to PayPal: Refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect
